Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan is targeting revitalization of the crossing bridge (JPO) at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman to be finished this year.

So, the design will make the atmosphere of Jalan Jenderal Sudirman much better

Those three JPOs are Polda Metro Jaya, Gelora Bung Karno, and Ratu Plaza. "According to the schedule, the construction of those bridges are finished this month," expressed Anies, when he visited the construction of Ratu Plaza JPO, Tuesday (12/4).

Its revitalization is not only for crossing people, but also has an aesthetic function to beautify the area. "So, the design will make the atmosphere of Jalan Jenderal Sudirman much better," he stated.

He furthered Jakarta Provincial Government is about to arrange the road area comprehensively. "We prioritize the right of pedestrians to use the sidewalk safely and comfortably," he told.

I t is also to provide space for bikers. "We want to add to the bike track. The target is to minimize the number of private vehicle users," he said.
