Livestock and Animal Health Section Head, Irma Budianty stated that rabies vaccination program this time has exceeded the initial target of only 5,600.

"We have stopped giving vaccines to animals spread rabies since late November. The numbers have also exceeded the target, around 131.63 percent," he told, Monday (12/10).

She added that types of animals that have been vaccinated are 2,125 dogs, 4,971 cats, 97 mon keys and 178 weasels.
