Traffic Engineering to Be Applied at Kuningan Junction

Traffic engineering to be applied at Kuningan junction in order to smoothen erection box girder installation work for Cawang-Dukuh LRT on February 2 - August 9, 2019.

This work takes 10 days

"This work takes 10 days," expressed Jakarta Transportation Department Acting Head, Sigit Widjatmoko, Thursday (1/31).

It will be applied in two sections, as follow;

PT MRT to Modify TB Simatupang Crossing Bridge

1. Shoring P206 demolishment work on the west side of the underpass on February 2-6 at around 11 PM-4 AM

- Vehicle coming from Mampang (south side) - Menteng (north side) which passes through the underpass is diverted out of the middle ramp through Kuningan junction - Jalan HR Rasuna Said on the west side (beside the underpass) - Menteng, etc

2. Iron installation and casting work on the east side of Jalan HR Rasuana Said

- Vehicle on the slow lane from Menteng towards Mampang, Pancoran and Semanggi, will be rerouted in front of Tempo building through Jalan Patra Terusan - Jalan Gatot Subroto - U-turn before Pancoran junction - Kuningan junction (straight towards Semanggi, turn left to Mampang/Tegal Parang). 

Widjatmoko continued that vehicle can also use Jalan HR Rasuna Said - underpass - Mampang - exit the middle ramp - turn left to Pancoran or U-turn at Mampang Tendean Junction - turn left to Semanggi, etc

"I hope every motorist can obey the traffic rules and the field officer's direction," he hoped.
