Thousand Islands Regency held meeting to form a team which job is to monitor Thousand Islands visitors and residents' complaint reports.

"This team's job is to monitor handling process of residents complaint reports and service given to visitors," mentioned Eric Zakaria Lumbun, Thousand Islands Regency Secretary, Friday (2/1).

He said monitoring team is formed to ensure optimal service is given to Thousand Islands residents and visitors. According to him, this team is about to operate on February 9 in North Thousand Islands and South Thousand Islands Sub-district offices. It consists of assistant, section head, division head, sub-division head, and unit head.

"We hope this team can accelerate our work in handlin g residents' complaint reports," he asserted.
