C. Jakarta Mayor Wants Faster Response to Residents' Complaint

Central Jakarta Mayor, Bayu Meghantara wants residents' complaints reported through Citizen Relation Management (CRM) to be followed up quickly.

"I appreciate your hard work to follow up 100 percent of those complaints. But I want time to response the complaint is no longer than 24 hours as instructed by governor," he asserted, Tuesday (11/13).

S. Jakarta Sudinhub Follows Up 4,170 Traffic Complaints

Based on Jakarta Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 128/2017 about Implementation on Public Complaints Handling Through CRM Application, government is obliged to follow up residents complaints.

"Including residents complaints every Saturday in sub-district offices," he said.

Meanwhile, Central Jakarta Staffing, Governance and Public Service Division Head, Devi Riana Sumanthi conveyed, 289 reports via CRM have been handled from early October until today.

"Some of them are related to flood anticipation, trees pruning, and public facilities repair," she mentioned.
