Today, six Kebayoran Lama Sub-district Bina Marga Unit personnel, South Jakarta repair sidewalk on Jalan Iskandar Muda, Kebayoran Lama Utara Urban Village.
Kebayoran Lama Bina Marga Sub-district Head, Jamhuri stated, sidewalk becomes uneven due to large angsana tree roots.
Potholes on Jalan Salemba Raya Repaired"We tidy up paving blocks of the sidewalk as long as 10 meters and 3 meters wide. Then we make a space between roots and paving block as the divider," he mentioned, Friday (2/22).
His side replaces damaged paving blocks near angsana trees with the new one. Then fills gap between paving blocks with cement and sand.
His personnel also repairs 10 potholes on Jalan Iskandar Muda as wide as one square meter with depth 5-10 centimeters.
"Since it is rainy season, we repair it using cold mix," he said.
