Garbage Handling in Kota Tua will Be Prioritized

As we know, the Kota Tua (Old Town) is one of the tourist icons of Jakarta, which is often visited by foreign tourists. To attract more tourists, garbage handling in Kota Tua area will be prioritized.

Kota Tua Tourist Site Keeps Being Developed

Besides the government, it is also the responsibility of all relevant parties, including the community.

Bank Indonesia Jakarta Representative Head, Trisno Nugroho asserted that cleanliness in the capital must be maintained well, as it is Indonesia's main gateway for foreign tourists.

Therefore his side has donated 120 composter barrels in an effort to handle garbage in West Jakarta.

"We'll evaluate for six months. If it is good, we will involve other companies to support," he said.
