Thousand Islands Environment Sub-agency has collected 115.8 cubic meters of garbage through communal work in 2019 National Garbage Care Day (HSPN).

Garbage itself is transported simultaneously from two sub-districts, precisely on Pramuka Island, Kelapa Island, Harapan Island, Kelapa Dua Island, Tidung Island, Untung Jawa Island, Lancang Island and Pari Island.

Of 115.8 cubic meters, 13 cubic meters are from Pramuka Island, 2.5 cubic meters are from Kelapa Island, 25 cubic meters are from Kelapa Dua Island, 10.3 cubic meters are from Harapan Island, 9 cubic meters are from Tidung Island, 45 cubic meters are from Untung Jawa Island, 9 cubic meters are Lancang Island, and 2 cubic meters are from Pari Island.
Most garbage is dominated by household waste ad plastic, as well as bamboo sticks.
