Transportation Dept: Uber Taxi is Illegal!According to Basuki, now the city government deliberately turned a blind eye to the existence of omprengan in the capital city. Moreover, public transports in Jakarta are not yet ready to operate round a clock.
“For omprengan, deliberately turned a blind eye at the moment because our buses haven’t operating for 24-hour. If they have, those illegal and unlicensed public transports will be raided,” he stated.
