PMPTSP Provides Door-to-Door Integrated Service for Thousand Islands Residents

This year, Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department holds door-to-door integrated service in Thousand Islands. It is held in eight inhabited islands: Tidung Island, Lancang Island, Pari Island, Untung Jawa Island, Panggang Island, Kelapa Island, Harapan Island, and Sebira Island.

We want to ensure Thousand Island residents to get optimal public services

This service was started on February 20 in Harapan Island and February 21 in Lancang Island. Next, it is planned to be done in mid and end of March in Tidung Island and Sebira Island. Though, it depends on weather factors and crossing safety.

Jakarta PMPTSP Department Head, Benny Agus Chandra wants to serve Thousand Islands residents massively and continuously from island to island. He considered this services is needed by the locals since they don't have to cross the island to reach urban village office, sub-district office, or other service units to take care of their license documents.

"Thousand Island residents usually use this door-to-door integrated service to apply for Micro and Small Business Permit (IUMK), population registry, Small Vessel Pass, NPWP, SKCK, and lost report," he conveyed, Thursday (2/28).

In order to carry out this service, his side cooperates with other service units such as Population and Civil Registration Department, Police, Tax Services Dissemination and Consultation Office, Thousand Island Harbormaster and Port Authority Office (KSOP), Religious Court, and National Land Agency.

"We want to ensure Thousand Island residents to get optimal public services," he added.
