Jakarta Tourism and Culture Agency Head, Edy Junaedi said that it aims to empower and increase the knowledge of tourism business actors in providing services and comfort to disability.

Tourism Industry Division Head, Toni Bako added that it encourages the care of tourism entrepreneurs. There are several important things in the tourism industry, namely, improving product quality, service quality, including standard-based tourism management.
"It needs to be supported by a prime service," he stated.
