Bank DKI's Credit and Financing Increased by 5.86 Percent

Entering the second quarter of this year, PT Bank DKI's performance recorded positive sentiment by realizing total credit and financing by Rp 29.53 trillion per June. 

The growth itself is recorded at 33.3 percent. Until June, micro credit has increased by Rp 843 billion

Its amount has increased by 5.86 percent compared to the same period the previous year by Rp. 27.90 trillion.

City Secretary Appreciates Bank DKI's Lending for SMEs

Bank DKI Acting President Director, Sigit Prastowo said that its growth was driven by credit in the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) segment that rose by 18 percent this year, from Rp 1.1 trillion to Rp 1.3 trillion.

"The growth is recorded at 33.3 percent. Until June, micro credit has increased by Rp 843 billion," he expressed, Tuesday (7/30).

It is in line with the strategy of Bank DKI that focuses on developing lending to SMEs.

"On July 25, the company has signed a mass micro credit agreement for 250 participants in an integrated entrepreneurship development program (PKT)," he explained. 

Sigit continued that Bank DKI's savings funds also grew by 15.9 percent, from Rp 8.1 trillion to Rp 9.4 trillion at the end of June.

It encourages an increase in the ratio of low-cost funds as indicated by the composition of CASA per June by 54.5 percent compared to the same period the previous year by 50.9 percent. Meanwhile, total assets per June 2019 were recorded at Rp 45.63 trillion.

He uttered that it has realized the achievement of Bank DKI's net profit per June that was recorded at Rp 372.13 billion or grew at 4.42 percent from the same period the previous year at Rp 356.38 billion.

"This net profit is supported by an increase in net interest income per June that was recorded at 8.9 percent," he stated.
