Jakarta Provincial Government distributed 5,000 food packages made by chefs from five-stars hotels in Jakarta. Chefs used meat from Eid al-Adha sacrificial animal and cooked it into delicious dishes.

with Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Foundation and five-stars hotels consist of Shangrila Hotel, Dharmawangsa Hotel, Borobudur Hotel, Grand Cempaka Hotel and Aston Pluit Hotel to process sacrificial animal meat into proper dishes that will be distributed for residents.City Holds Dapur Qurban Event, Collaboration to Share"Chefs who are involved in this program start to cook it simultaneously on Monday (8/12) morning, at 7 AM, from hotels and Monas. They make 5,000 package of food in total," she conveyed, Monday (8/12) at Monas, Gambir, Central Jakarta.
He explained, there are 496 sacrificial animals from Jakarta Government apparatuses this year. It consists of 186 cows, 1 buffalo, and 306 goats.
"After the food is served, local urban village heads, RW heads, and their representatives will take the food and distribute it to the residents," she added.
ACT Managing Director of Communication, Lukman Aziz Kurniawan conveyed that city entrusted his side to process 5 cows and cook it into 2,000 food packages.
"We are not only cook the meat, but also other ingredients thus each package has adequate nutrition for one person," he mentioned.
