Tugu Koja Hospital's E-Ladies App will Be Pilot to Other Hospitals

Its implementation can be applied to other hospitals in North Jakarta and outside the area

The e-ladies service application for elderly and disability patients projected by the Tugu Koja District Hospital (RSUD), North Jakarta is made a pilot and will be applied to other hospitals in Jakarta.

Jakarta Health Agency Vice Head, Khafifah Any said that all hospitals have been instructed to provide innovations to simplify and improve services for the community.

"Its implementation can be applied to other hospitals in North Jakarta and outside the area," he stated, Wednesday (8/14).

Despite the application is not applied yet, other hospitals are hoped could apply friendly policies on disability and the elderly.

North Jakarta Administration and People's Welfare Assistant, Wawan Budi Rohman added that this application makes it easy for the elderly to check and maintain their health thus they can live healthy and happy.

That is why socialization to the public will be more intensified to access the application.

"It will be done at every possible opportunity," he stressed.

Tugu Koja RSUD General Director, Nailah explained that the application has four menus, namely Ladies Call, Ladies Mall, Ladies Roll and Ladies Go.

The Ladies Call menu is to facilitate the elderly and disability to consult through the application, Ladies Mall reminds time to consume drugs, Ladies Roll reminds time of visit and Ladies Go drug is delivery service.

"We have prepared a special unit that is supported by one motorbike and a car to serve patients who need inter-drug services and other services related to applications," he stated.
