According to Thousand Islands KPKP Sub-department's Food Security and Agriculture Section Head, Astri Ilhamsyah, her side recently distributes medicinal plants and fruit trees seeds to schools that have been renovated and those that have vacant land for plant cultivation area.

Her side distributes seeds of various trees such as cempedak avocado, rose apple, heart-leaved moonseed, sawo kecik (manilkara kauki), madeira-vine, willow-leaved justicia (Justicia gendarusa), white guava, ginger, citrofortunella, pecah beling (Strobilanthes crispa), galangal, star fruit, blindness tree seeds, cempedak, green chiretta, lemongrass, and periwinkle.
"We distribute 349 seeds to SDN 02 of Panggang Island and 344 seeds to SDN 01 of Untung Jawa Island," she conveyed.
