Jakarta Transportation Agency wants application companies engaged in ride-hailing transportation to soon provide a shelter for the driver while awaiting passengers.

To support it, we also invite existing stakeholders

Besides pick-up and drop-off zone, a shelter will also be set up in each station, terminal and crowded area. To realize it, they are hoped able to cooperate with landowners in the crowd areas thus it does not interfere with other vehicle parking.

"I appreciate one of companies who set up a shelter in the ex-Blora Market and changed grab spots in Sudirman Station area," expressed Jakarta Transportation Agency Head, Syafrin Liputo, Wednesday (9/28).

Therefore his agency will continue to bridge and collaborate application companies with landowners to provide shelters.

"To support it, we also invite existing stakeholders," he stated.
