German & France Artists to Enliven Coastal Tourism Festival Until This Saturday

German and France artists, Kimberly Trees from Germany and Thorgan from France were invited to enliven the Coastal Tourism Festival at Ancol Beach City, Taman Impian Jaya Ancol, on Friday (30/8) until Saturday (31/8).

They will also sing regional songs such as Jali-Jali and Bengawan Solo while wearing Betawi traditional attires, namely Gobang batik and Marunda batik.

"Both will also be a line dance instructor. The festival itself will begin with primadona gymnastics," expressed North Jakarta Tourism and Culture Sub-agency Head, Rus Suharto, Thursday (8/29).

This festival provides space for the North Jakarta coastal arts and cultural community to perform musical acts, dance, fashion shows, acrobatics and line dance.

In addition to the entertainment stage, 65 creative product stands will also enliven this festival under the National Handicraft Council, North Jakarta Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Agency (KUKMP), Small and medium industries owned by the Industry and Energy Sub-agency, as well as Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-agency.

"Besides culinary, some will also exhibit typical coastal products such as Marunda batik," he exclaimed.

The festival also got full support from Ancol Dreamland Park's corporate communications officer, Rika Lestari.

"We fully support it as it is packaged attractively so let's watch it," she closed.
