Jakarta Smart City Opens Booth at Indonesia International Book Fair

The response is positive. We had welcomed three students of SMK Taruna Bhakti and more curious about Jak Lingko

The Jakarta Smart City opened a booth at the 2019 Indonesia International Book Fair (IIBF) in the Hall A Building, Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Gelora, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, on Wednesday (9/4).

In the booth, visitors could get information about Jakarta Smart City, Fast Response to Public (CRM) from the community and Jak Lingko.

"CRM for instance, we tell visitors there are 12 official channels for complaints and how to report the complaint," expressed one of JSC officers, Ratu at the location.

She went on to say that the interest of visitors was quite high and many visited the JSC booth.

"The response is positive. We had welcomed three students of SMK Taruna Bhakti and more curious about Jak Lingko," she told.

As experienced by one of SMK Taruna Bhakti students, Ari Nia Rahmawati admitted that the information conveyed was quite clear.

"I want to know about Jak Lingko, as I always take public transportation to go to school such as mikrolet," she stated.

As for the information, the JSC booth would be in the event until Sunday (9/8) and opened at 9 AM until 9 PM.
