Here Are Training and Productivity Development Activities in P3D Disnakertrans

The Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Agency's Regional Productivity Development Center (P3D Disnakertrans) conducted various training and productivity development this year from the community, companies and agencies.

This year's participant is targeted to hit 1,525

P3D Disnakertrans Acting Head, Ahmad Sotar Harahap said the training has 11 types such as, 5S (Sisih, Susun, Sasap, Sosop and Suluh) which is the sequence and technique of structuring the workplace and work environment; Achievement Motivation Training (AMT); Just in Time or Score; Quality Control Group (GKM; Productivity Cadre; Supervision; Prime Service; Public Speaking; Kaizen; Green Productivity; and Entrepreneurship.

"5S is divided into 10 batches, AMT into three batches, Just in Time into three batches, GKM into four batches, Productivity Cadre into three batches, Supervision into three batches, Prime Service into five batches, Public Speaking into five batches, Kaizen into four batches, Green Productivity into one batch and Entrepreneurship into 20 batches. There will be 25 participants," he expressed, Thursday (9/5).

Commission B Reviews Disnakertrans Programs

The productivity development includes 5S Guidance and Consultation (Bimkon); Paramakarya Bimkon; Entrepreneurship Bimkon; GKM Bimkon; Individual Measurement; Sectoral and Regional Productivity Measurement; and Company Performance Assessment.

"This year the 5S Bimkon is held for 10 batches, Paramakarya Bimkon for three batches, Entrepreneurship Bimkon for 10 batches, GKM Bimkon for one bath, Individual Measurement for one batch, Sectoral and Regional Productivity Measurement for one batch and Company Performance Assessment for one batch. Each batch has 20 participants," he explained.

Jakarta P3D Disnakertrans' Administration Division Head, Jefrizal added 11 types of training were held with 300 participants.

"This year's participant is targeted to hit 1,525. In the coming months, we still have some productivity training events," he told.

In every even-numbered year, there will be Sidhakarya award at the provincial level with seven evaluation criteria. There is also another award at the national level called Paramakarya which is held every odd-numbered year.

"This award is dedicated to the SMEs, agencies and companies," he said.

Hopefully his side could absorb additional human resources, including instructors, as the current number is far from ideal.

"We also need more operational vehicles to support the training and development of productivity through jemput bola service," he stressed.
