PMPTSP Opens Booth at Flona 2019

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department opens booth at Flora and Fauna (Flona) 2019 event held at Lapangan Banteng, Central Jakarta on September 6 - October 7.

Jakarta PMPTSP Department Head, Benni Aguscandra mentioned, his side provides Mobile Service Unit (MSU) booth during the event to serve visitors who want to consult or apply for permit or non-permit documents.

His side hopes visitors and business owners who want to consult things related to permit and non-permit administration can be facilitated through this service.

"I suggest applicants to bring complete required documents thus we can process it faster," he mentioned, Monday (9/9).

There is also PMPTSP's mascot called Bang SOleh and Mpok LUSI in the booth. Mascot represents PMPTSP Department's taglines which are Solusi (Solution), Empati (Empathy), Tegas (Assertive), Inovasi (Innovation), and Andal (Reliable) that is shortened into SETIA.

"We will give souvenir to visitors who use our service and offer them to take a picture with our mascot," he mentioned.

According to him, mascot can attract more people to visit PMPTSP booth or find information about service that his side offered. For example, regarding Flona 2019, PMPTSP offers service to process Recommendation Letter for Animal Import Permit.

"In the future, we hope people are not hesitate to take care of their permit by themselves. Because it's process is now easier," he added.
