Jakarta Smart City Technical Unit Management Sub-division Head, Billy Alkadia said it will become a large platform that houses all platforms, which means that all information can be accessed through one app or Jaki web portal.

"People don't need to use apps a lot, but only one 'Jaki'. All have been provided there," he expressed, on Friday (9/13).

Moreover it can also help SKPD publish their programs and services, which can be easily accessed.

"For instance, any programs published in Twitter will automatically be posted in Jaki. It is integrated with SKPD media socials," he explained.

The app is here to answer a variety of needs and ease of service for Jakarta people and to give enthusiasm that smart cities are not merely apps, but there are uses of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) that can help and facilitate people's lives.

Even some features will also be provided, such as the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) to monitor air quality to the License Plate Recognition (LPR), which can recognize vehicle license plates.

"This app will also experience development through other features," he told.

Thus far it has entered the finalization stage that is user acceptance test and will be launched this month.
