Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah encourages urban village and sub-district heads to work fast in following up all residents complaints since it is important to improve assessment of Jakarta Government performance in serving its citizens.

"We want urban village and sub-district heads to be more responsive in serving citizens. Because citizens assess our performance through community satisfaction index," he mentioned at City Hall, Monday (9/23).
He explained, Jakarta Government always train all civil apparatuses in regions to improve community satisfaction index.
