Menteng Puskesmas Launches Si Upi E-Form Innovation

This innovation is made to facilitate and accelerate the public in conducting health screening through a smartphone

The Menteng Sub-district's community health center (puskesmas) presents a new innovation, the Si Upi e-Form which is an acronym for the Productive Age Electronic Screening Form, on Saturday (10/5).

Menteng Sub-district Puskesmas Head Rusmala Dewi said it can be accessed via barcode scanning.

Puskesmas Must Pay Attention to Service Standards

"This innovation is made to facilitate and accelerate the public in conducting health screening through a smartphone. Thus non-communicable disease factors can be detected earlier," she expressed.

She explained the form filling using this e-Form only takes about five minutes, starting from the stages of opening the link, filling out the form, until the answers to the screening result

"Then for the non-communicable diseases that can be detected are hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cholesterol, cancer potential, stroke and asthma," she explained.

It also has been integrated with the Dakocan which is an acronym for Early Detection of Non-Communicable Diseases with Counseling, Sports, Health Checks and balanced Nutrition.

"Hopefully people can care more about their health," he said.

Aside that she also cooperates with the integrated health counseling post (Posbindu) cadres to socialize the Si Upi e-Form to the community in Menteng, including students.

"Since it is launched, as many as 537 citizens have been screened. As a result, health checks related to non-communicable diseases dominated by obesity," she stated.
