Jakarta Social Department opens Tiendra Clinic at  Harapan Sentosa 1 Psychiatric Social House (PBSL), Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

This is the first clinic built at social house in Jakarta

Jakarta Social Department Head, Irmansyah stated this clinic is buit especially to serve people with mental illness who live at Harapan Sentosa 1 PBSL.

"This is the first clinic built at social house in Jakarta," he asserted, Friday (10/11).

Puskesmas Must Pay Attention to Service Standards

He expected this clinic to provide health service for hundreds of people in this social house who are usually undergone outpatient treatment in Duren Sawit Special Public Hospital, East Jakarta.

"It is amazing. Thank you for all sides involved in this project. Hopefully this clinic can give more optimal service to the patients and become a role model for other social houses," he conveyed.

Harapan Sentosa 1 PSBL Head, Maria Margareta explained, there are 816 people in this social house who must go to Duren Sawit RSKD for outpatient treatment.

"Distance from Duren Sawit RSKD and this social hous is 37 kilometers and it takes around 4 hours to send and pick them up," she explained.

According to her, social house members can get service related to mental illness, nerve, and lung disease.

"Health service is given by general practitioners, mental health specialists, neurologists, and internal medicine specialists," she stated.

BPJS Health Head Office Main Secretary, Kisworowarti admitted that her side is ready to serve since Harapan Sentosa 1 PSBL members are long-term treatment patients.

"Glad to hear this social house has owned a main clinic where all permits have been completed. Almost all of the patients are BPJS Health members. We have the MoU," she said.

For information, Tiendra Clinic has been equipped with medical equipment donated by hospitals in Jakarta such as Pondok Indah Hospital, Hermina Daan Mogot Hospital, Hermina Depok Hospital, Mitra Keluarga Kalideres Hospital, Mitra Keluarga Kemayoran Hospital, Halimun Specialty Surgery Hospital, Ciputra Hospital, Columbia Asia Hospital, MRCCC Hospital, and Medistra Hospital.
