2-1 Lane System Traffic Engineering Applied on Jalan Kemang Raya

South Jakarta Transportation Sub-department (Sudinhub) applies traffic engineering with 2-1 lane system on Jalan Kemang Raya, Bangka, Mampang Prapatan.

We apply 2-1 lane system from south to north at 6 AM to 3 PM. Conversely, from north to south at 3 PM to 6 AM

South Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Christianto stated, during traffic engineering, his side installed 100 traffic cones as the lane divider and deployed personnel to standby in the location.

His side applies 2 lanes for vehicles from Bangka into Ragunan and 1 lane for vehicles on the reverse direction. This traffic engineering is applied twice a day.

Traffic Engineering Applied for Electric Vehicle Convoy

"We apply 2-1 lane system from south to north at 6 AM to 3 PM. Conversely, from north to south at 3 PM to 6 AM," he explained, Monday (10/28).

Traffic engineering is applied to reduce congestion  on Jalan Kemang Raya, especially during the rush hour.

"For the safety, we hope road users to be careful and always be orderly in traffic," he asserted.
