Disparbud and Disdik Adjust the 2020 APBD Proposal

The Jakarta Tourism and Culture Agency (Disparbud) Head Edy Junaedi and Jakarta Education Agency (Disdik) Head Syaefuloh Hidayat, revealed the e-component in several activities, which became proposals for the 2020 budget is still temporary and will be discussed in the Jakarta DPRD. Both will correct and continue to explore the proposed budget for the next year.

I had heard that there is a budget influencer by Rp 5 billion

This was stated at a press conference held at the Jakarta City Hall, on Wednesday (10/30).

Junaedi explained the budgeting stages that began with the budget priorities and preliminary threshold (KUA-PPAS), city working plan (RKPD) and input. "I had heard that there is a budget influencer by Rp 5 billion. Actually not like that but it is about to promote tourism activities in media, like media shopping, supporting events, etc," he explained, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release.

Disdik Requests Adjustment of Direct Spending Work

There was a mistake about the published cover, despite the contents of the component details are correct thus it reads as budget inefficiency. But it was deleted in early October. "As a follow up to the Governor's direction, for budget efficiency, the community is more involved in the Jakarta Provincial Government program," he added.

Meanwhile, the Education Agency Head Syaefuloh Hidayat said his agency continues to explore the budget component in which each agency has different budgeting conditions, which will be adjusted to real needs.

"There are adjustments. Real needs in schools are not as stated in e-budgeting but in RKS as an adjustment material. There are 2,100 schools in Jakarta and are in the process of input. Communication keeps being connected from the sub-agency and school to ensure that the input from schools is really real needs," he explained.

As for the information, the SKPD has begun to include details of activities in e-budgeting from March Sunday IV to July Sunday I. But, some activities have no components in the system still using a temporary budget component, as the current e-budgeting requires component input as a price maker.
