Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department has held services in public spaces more than 1,084 times during January-November 17, 2019 period.
It has increased more than 3 times from last year
Jakarta PMPTSP Department Head, Benni Aguscandra explained, his side has held 296 activities in West Jakarta, 255 activities in Central Jakarta, 229 activities in East Jakarta, 172 activities in North Jakarta, and 132 activities in South Jakarta.
"It has increased more than 3 times from last year," he mentioned, Monday (11/18).

It facilitates the Jakartans and is considered effective in raising their awareness about the importance of having legality before carrying out business activities, spatial planning, development, and individual practice.
"For these 2 years, PTSP Goes to Mall is quite demanded by Jakartans. It is proven that PTSP Goes to Mall achieved the Top 99 of Public Service Innovation Competition from KemenPANRB," he explained.
According to him, PTSP service in public service should be developed, not only in shopping center or mall, but also in other community centers such as office building, traditional market, hospital, park, RPTRA, school, college, and Keliling Kampung Kota Integrated Service.
"PTSP in public spaces is also held routinely in several places, such as Blok M Square and Bella Tera Kelapa Gading every Monday to Friday, then Lapangan Banteng every Thursday, Karet Tengsin Public Cemetery (TPU) every Tuesday, and Malaka TPU every Monday," he explained.
In this month, PTSP Goes To Mall on The Weekend is done at Summarecon Mall of Kelapa Gading on November 15-17, 2019. Then later on November 22-24 in AEON Mall of Jakarta Garden City.
"We want citizens to get the benefits from this service thus their wish to have a great public service can be realized and become the role model for other cities in Indonesia," he asserted.
