Commission B Gives Approval for PMPTSP Department's Proposal in KUA-PPAS

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Commission B gives approval to Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department's proposals submitted in City Budget (APBD) General Policy and Provisional Budget Priorities and Funding Levels (KUA-PPAS) 2020.  

Because PMPTSP is the frontline of public service

In KUA-PPAS 2020, PMPTSP Department proposes Rp 197 billion for direct expenditure budget and Rp 550 billion for indirect expenditure budget.

Commission B Chairperson, Abdul Aziz expected PMPTSP Department to optimize the allocated budget for permit and non-permit service.

"Their performance and service are quite good. We suggest them to make two-way communication between department and citizens to be more effective," he said at Jakarta DPRD Building, Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta, Wednesday (10/30) night.

His side hopes PMPTSP Department to perform better by continuing collaboration with DPRD, especially Commission B as their work partner.

"We want them to continue building constructive synergy. Because PMPTSP is the frontline of public service," he asserted.

Meanwhile, PMPSTP Department Head, Benni Aguscandra conveyed his gratefulness because the Commission B councillors give approval to their proposals.

"Alhamdulillah, Commission B agreed on our budget proposal for activities and programs in 2020," he stated.

According to him, Commission B's inputs will give motivation for PMPTSP Department to evaluate and become better.

"We will improve our service for the ease of doing business in 2020. We want to build a new paradigm that it is easy and faster to apply for permit yourself," he mentioned.
