East Jakarta Gulkarmat Intensifies Fire Training and Socialization

East Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-department holds fire training and socialization more intensively.

East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-department Acting Head (Plt), Muchtar Zakaria explained, there are 574 East Jakarta residents who have been socialized and trained how to prevent fire during January-November 2019.

Fire training and socialization is held at RW secretariat, office, building, puskesmas (health center), traditional market, and hospital.

"We give them fire handling and training to minimize fire cases," he added, Tuesday (11/25).

Total 574 participants are from 10 sub-districts. In detail, 126 participants from Matraman, 46 participants from Pulogadung, 48 participants from Cakung, 38 participants from Jatinegara.

Then 126 participants from Duren Sawit, 22 participants from Makasar, 54 participants from Kramat Jati, 48 participants from Pasar Rebo.

"In this training, they are educated how to prevent and put out fire both in theory and practice," he conveyed.
