East Jakarta Tax and Levy Sub-Agency (Sub-BPRD) socializes Electronic Tax on Acquisition of Land and Building (e-BPHTB) via application that can be accessed through website http://ebphtb.jakarta.go.id.

Hopefully e-BPHTB can facilitate people in payment process

East Jakarta Sub-BPRD Head, Johari mentioned, this socialization is participated by 50 representatives from notary, developer, apartment manager, Land Deed Makers Officials Association (IPPAT), sub-district UPPRD, and BPRD.

The legal basis of launching e-BPHTB is mentioned in Perda No. 6/2010 about general provisions on local taxes and circular letter of regional tax and levy agency head No. SE /4/2018.

"E-BPHTB launching and socialization are held to facilitate people in paying BPHTB to get faster, accountable, and optimal service," he explained, Wednesday (11/27).

Regarding payment transaction, he continued, his side cooperates with 11 banks and PT. Pos Indonesia.

"Hopefully e-BPHTB can facilitate people in payment process," he stated.
