Here are Factions' General Views Towards Draft Regulation of 2020 RAPBD

The Jakarta Council (DPRD) holds Plenary Meeting of the Factions' General Views on Governor's Speech Regarding Draft Regulation (Raperda) of 2020 City Budget Draft (RAPBD).

In this chance, Gerindra and PKS factions conveyed their support towards Zero Down Payment (DP) House Ownership Program.

Member of Gerindra faction, Purwanto explained, currently the government has provided 780 house units for Zero DP House Ownership Program.

"We hope 2,000 units can provided in 2020 to fulfill the needs of Jakarta people," he mentioned at Jakarta DPRD Building, Wednesday (12/4).

In order to add more units, the executive should find other funding sources thus more Jakartans could have decent and comfortable housing.

"It becomes a featured program that we must succeed," he asserted.

Meanwhile, general view from PKS read by Mohammad Arifin is asking for improvements to the Zero DP House Ownership Program processing.

"This program, is great and many people are interested. But the occupancy ownership procedures and requirements should be fixed and government should be careful in this process to avoid bad credit payments," he said.

Meanwhile, Jhonny Simanjuntak from PDI Perjuangan faction concerned about waste management through Sunter Intermediate Facility (ITF).

"We want Sunter ITF to operate as soon as possible, considering Bantar Gebang TPST capacity reaches its limit," he mentioned.
