Regent Monitors Tourist Flow in Thousand Islands

We urge them (tourists) to contribute in maintaining cleanliness by reminding each other

The Thousand Islands Regent Husein Murad and his staff, directly monitored the flow of tourists who enjoyed the Christmas holidays on Pramuka and Tidung islands.

He had a dialogue with tourists at the main pier of Tidung Island, South Thousand Islands.

Regent Appreciates the Mother's Day Ceremony Officers

"We urge them (tourists) to contribute in maintaining cleanliness by reminding each other," he expressed.

Even his party had installed trash bins in all public facilities and tourist sites.

"We also have alerted PPSU and Satpol PP to reprimand and remind tourists if they litter," he asserted.

One of tourists from Bekasi Luki (26) admitted that he was pleased to see the government's action to monitor the cleanliness and comfort of tourists.

"If the island is clean, surely we will feel comfortable on vacation," he exclaimed.
