The Thousand Islands Tourism and Culture Sub-agency is ready to welcome tourists on Christmas and New Year holidays through new tourist spots and various other interesting activities.

By so, around 10,000 tourists would visit the islands on December 23 to January 1, 2020 through various piers such as, Ancol, Kali Adem and so forth.
"Even the resort islands also have prepared tourism and entertainment package programs for the New Year's Eve," he explained.
Tidung Island Urban Village Head Cecep Suryadi added his party thanked the Jakarta Provincial Government for continuing to build public space art that could increase the treasury of tourist spots and the attractiveness of the tourism sector on Tidung Island.
One of them is a statue of the Seamen's Generation depicting the courageous sailors' spirit to meet the waves of life by Agus Widodo.
There is also a Persembahan Cinta statue depicting love in the blood of every human being by Yani Mariyani.
"Hopefully they can become a selfie spot and add to the beauty of the Love Bridge," he hoped.
