Dukcapil Opens Population Document Service for Flood Victims

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-department provides documents issuance service for residents whose population and civil registration documents were damaged or lost due to flood.

It is part of our duty to serve Jakartans who are in need, especially the flood victims

Jakarta Dukcapil Department Head, Dhany Sukma informed, residents can report it to Dukcapil personnel in each urban villages or report to local RT/RW administrators.

"We are integrated with urban village post. Our personnel also coordinate with RTs/RWs that were affected by flood to carry out inventory," Thursday (1/2).

Usually, he added, RT/RW and urban village administrators has summarized data of residents whose documents were damaged or lost due to flood. After that Dukcapil Department will check the system and issue their population documents as soon as possible.

Besides, residents can report it via Dukcapil Department's complaint service number (Whatsapp) at 081318882047.

"It is part of our duty to serve Jakartans who are in need, especially the flood victims," he asserted.
