Rain in Most Jakarta Regions Today, BMKG Says

Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) expected rain to fall in Jakarta today.

In a fternoon to night, rain will fall in South Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, and Central Jakarta. While cloudy in North Jakarta and Thousand Islands

BMKG's Public Relation Head, Achmad Taufan Maulana stated, from morning, rain falls in all Jakarta regions including Thousand Islands.

"In afternoon to night, rain will fall in South Jakarta, East Jakarta, West Jakarta, and Central Jakarta. While cloudy in North Jakarta and Thousand Islands," he stated, Saturday (1/11).

Today, Rain Expected to Pour Parts of Jakarta

He explained, tomorrow's dawn will be cloudy in West Jakarta and thick overcast of clouds in East Jakarta, South Jakarta, North Jakarta, and Central Jakarta.

"While rain at tomorrow's dawn in Thousand Islands," he added.

Humidity is around 80-100 percent and temperature could reach 23-31 Celsius degree.

Based on information from Jakarta Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) at 06:00, water level at Katulampa, Depok, Manggarai, Karet, Krukut Hulu, Pesanggrahan, Angke Hulu, Waduk Pluit, Cipinang Hulu, Sunter Hulu, and Pulo Gadung Sluice Gates' status are normal or Alert 4 level.
