Dukcapil Receives 290 Thousand Blank Cards for e-KTP

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Department received allocation from House Affairs Ministry (Kemendagri) as many as 290 thousand blank cards for e-ID (e-KTP).

We will immediately send it to urban village offices

Jakarta Dukcapil Head, Dhany Sukma explained, currently his side needs around 400 thousand blank cards to print e-KTP for residents in need.

"We realize that it is still not enough, thus we will prioritize residents who request it first. We will immediately send it to urban village offices," he said, Tuesday (1/14).

For residents who have requested e-KTP issuance from a long time ago, he reminds them to check it at local urban village office in the next few days.

"Applicants should bring reference letter to the office in order to take their e-KTP. This service is also applied for residents affected by flood," he mentione d.
