Jakarta BPD Intensifies Application of Online Tax Reporting Service

Jakarta Regional Revenue Agency (BPD) intensifies the application of online tax reporting system for 4 types of regional taxes.

Online tax reporting system is provided for object that collects value added tax (PPN)

Jakarta BPD Acting Head, Sri Haryati mentioned, online tax reporting system is applied for restaurant tax, entertainment tax, hotel tax, and parking tax. In applying it, her side builds cooperation with several government-owned banks, such as Bank DKI, Bank Mandiri, and BRI.

"Online tax reporting system is provided for object that collects value added tax (PPN) from four types of regional income consist of restaurant, hotel, entertainment venue, and parking," she explained, Tuesday (1/21).

BPD to Hold Local Tax Census for Six Months

She assessed, online tax reporting implementation makes it easier for side to monitor taxpayers.

Because, this system updates every hour to show the latest tax reports and the data will be inputted automatically into the tax reporting system owned by Jakarta BPD office.

"Online tax reporting system facilitates us in monitoring the taxpayers," he mentioned.
