PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Presents New Culinary Retail

The city-owned property developer PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol presents a new culinary retail brand in the Ancol area, North Jakarta.

It is targeted that the retail, named the Waterfront Chicken, can earn a profit by Rp 6 billion per year.

Retail Division PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Vice President Achmad Andyka said chicken-based superior menu is chosen based on the results of research by the business development team.

"As a result, chicken is in great demand by everyone, either children or adults," he expressed, after launching, Thursday (1/23).

He is optimistic that this new business will increase the company's revenue, because of the strategic location and the menu offered comes from the archipelago menu.

"There are six variants of sambal, namely sambal mattah, sambal hijau, sambal hitam, sambal bawang dan sambal merah. There are also black chili sauce, chili onion, chili onion and red chilli sauce.

He also plans to add breakfast menu at 8 AM every weekend. While on weekday the restaurant is open from 10 AM to 10 PM.

"In total there are 14 employees. We present a direct view overlooking the sea," he told.

For the rice, chicken and meat stock used, Ancol has been working closely with PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya Dharma Jaya and local breeders.
