DPRD Wants City to Provide Intermodal Integration in Densely Populated Areas

Jakarta Council (DPRD) asked Jakarta Government to build intermodal integration in densely populated areas.

Actually it is not enough just with integration, but we hope government can intensify its socialization

Commission B Chairman, Abdul Aziz assessed, intermodal integration development in densely populated areas could solve traffic density and encourage people to choose public transportation over private vehicles.

"Besides intermodal integration is getting better now. The more integrated, the better traffic flow in the area," he conveyed, Tuesday (1/28).

City Collaborates with PT. KAI to Realize Jabodetabek Transportation Integration

According to him, government needs to intensify socialization to attract more people to use public transportation. Moreover, areas such as Bundaran HI, Dukuh Atas, and Blok M have been integrated with public transportation.

"Actually it is not enough just with integration, but we hope government can intensify its socialization," he asserted.
