South Jakarta to Build 13 Maju Bersama Parks This Year

This year, South Jakarta Park and Urban Forest Sub-department plans to build 13 Maju Bersama Parks (TMB)s to provide more spaces for social interaction.

Budget for TMBs construction reaches Rp 43 billion

South Jakarta Park and Urban Forest Sub-department Head, Winarto mentioned, new TMBs will be built in five sub-districts; 5 TMBs in Pasar Minggu Sub-district, 3 TMBs in Jagakarsa Sub-district, 2 TMBs in Pesanggrahan Sub-district, and 1 TMB in Kebayoran Baru Sub-district.

"We have surveyed the locations last year. Budget for TMBs construction reaches Rp 43 billion," he said, Thursday (1/30).

50 TMBs Construction Project is Targeted to Start in April

According to him, construction plan for those TMBs is targeted to finish in this February.

"Then we process the auction that is targeted to complete in March. Hopefully there is vendor who is interested in taking this project," he conveyed.

He informed, TMB is planned to be built at least on 2,000 square meters land. Later, those park will be equipped with community meeting hall, children playground, sport facility, and others.
