Council Appreciates Various Features Provided in JAKI

Jakarta Council (DPRD) Members appreciate Jakarta Kini (Jaki) application which is developed by Jakarta Communication Information and Statistics Department (Diskominfo) since it is equipped with various features to facilitate its users.

This application turns into something that gives many benefits to residents

Commission A Secretary, Dany Anwar assessed, this application is an innovative solution for Jakartans. Because this applications facilitates Jakartans with its various features such as Jak Warta, Jak Survey, Jak Lapor, Jak Siaga, Jak ISPU, Jak Respon, Jak Pantau, Jak Pangan, Jak Co, and Jak Apps.

"This application turns into something that gives many benefits to residents. We really appreciate it," he expressed, Thursday (2/6).

Jakarta Smart City Introduces Jaki Application at Balaikota Vaganza Event

According to him, this application can be accessed easily by downloading it first through Play Store or App Store from smartphone. Besides, it also provides complaint channel that connects directly to Regional Working Units (SKPD)s.

"It is a good application. It just needs further development with features that needed by the users. In other words, one application is enough, but it provides variety of features," he explained.
