AJIB Serves 110,254 Applicants Throughout 2019

The door-to-door service (AJIB) belongs to the Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PM and PTSP) Agency is one of the service innovations that are in demand by people. Proven throughout 2019, the number of AJIB service users reached 110,254 applicants.

Applicants only need to contact AJIB services through the application or Call Center Tanya PTSP service at 1500164

This service allows Jakarta people not to go to the PM and PTSP Agency service points in applying for permits and non-permits.

"Applicants only need to contact AJIB services through the application or Call Center Tanya PTSP service at 1500164," expressed Jakarta PM and PTSP Agency Head, Benni Aguscandra, Tuesday (2/4).

He explained the officer would pick up and deliver the completed permit or non-permit document that is signed by the authorized official to the applicant's home or office.

"This service is free of charge other than fees related to permits and non-permits administered," he explained.

Even the AJIB service innovations are also developed by presenting the Mobile Service Unit or AJIB Mobil services by holding services in public spaces.

"Providing equal services to all people is the spirit of us in serving. One of them is by presenting AJIB service innovation," he stated.
