Saefullah Instructs All Apparatuses to Optimize Flood Handling in Each Regions

Jakarta Secretary, Saefullah instructed all civil regional heads and its subordinates, from municipality to urban village level, to go directly to the inundation location and ensure it was handled immediately.

He wants them to inform updated condition in their regions to Whatsapp group that has been facilitated thus it can be followed up immediately by the related SKPD.

"When it rains, all regional heads should go to check the location. Then inform its condition to the related SKPD," he said at Manggarai Sluice Gate, Jalan Tambak, Central Jakarta, Saturday (2/8).

He explained, regional heads should also ensure closed circuit television (CCTV) to operate well thus it can be used to monitor updated condition in integrated sluice gates.

"Surely it will ease the coordination between SKPDs and civil apparatuses in each regions," he closed.
