North Jakarta Mayor, Sigit Wijatmoko stated, all this time PMI has supported government actively, especially in disaster and social matters.

His side gave an example where flood occurred in early 2020, PMI and the volunteers provided assistance for the victims immediately.

"PMI worked hard to help the victims," he added.

Thus in this chance, he conveyed his gratitude for all sides who have been participated actively in PMI Bulan Dana. His side hopes all collected donations from North Jakartans can be used to optimize PMI's work.

"For the others, thank you for your participation in donating for PMI Bulan Dana 2019 at North Jakarta municipality level," he continued.

Meanwhile, North Jakarta PMI Bulan Dana Chairperson, Ali Maulana Hakim stated, this year's achievement is the result of volunteer hard work in promoting Voluntary Blood Donation Program.

"This program involves many people from various backgrounds, from workers to raid-hailing drivers in North Jakarta," he mentioned.

North Jakarta PMI Chairperson, Sabri Saimam added, target could be achieved because of the supports from North Jakarta Government.

"We hope this achievement can be a new momentum in serving the community," he asserted.
