6,022 Meals Distributed for Flood Victims in West Jakarta

West Jakarta Social Sub-department distributed 6,022 meals to flood victims in 14 shelters located in 13 urban villages.

For lunch, we distribute 6,022 meals and 149 cartons of mineral water

West Jakarta Social Sub-department Head, Mursidin conveyed, his side has distributed meals for the flood victims since Monday (2/24).

"For lunch, we distribute 6,022 meals and 149 cartons of mineral water, as well as 6,022 meals for tonight," he informed, Tuesday (2/25).

Thousands SDA Personnel Deployed to Handle Inundation

In detail, his side distributed 1,000 meals to Kembangan Utara, 500 meals to Tomang, 100 meals to Tanjung Duren Selatan, 125 meals to Kota Bambu Selatan, 1,000 meals to Kembangan Selatan, 32 meals to Kedaung Kali Angke, 580 meals to Rawa Buaya, 1,000 meals to Duri Kosambi, 500 meals to Jati Pulo, 400 meals to Kedoya Utara, 265 meals to Sukabumi Utara, and 220 meals to Cengkareng Barat Urban Villages.

"In Cengkareng Barat Urban Village, there are 2 shelters, where we distribute 100 meals for flood victims in GOR Cendrawasih and 120 meals in Cengkareng Sub-district Office," he explained.

Moreover, his side will also distribute other logistic assistance for the flood victims such as rice, instant noodles, eggs, sardines, and others.
