Traffic on Jalan Kebon Sirih and Agus Salim During Fiber Optic Work Diverted

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) applies traffic engineering around Jalan Kebon Sirih and Jalan Agus Salim, following a work on relocation of fiber optic utility network since March 11 and will be finished on April 22.

I call on people to avoid those roads and can find alternative roads that have been set, obey the traffic rules and officers' direction in the field

There are six work spots on Jalan Kebon Sirih starting from Intersection of Jalan MH Thamrin until Intersection of Tugu Tani.

"Jalan Agus Salim, the segments of Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan until Intersection of Jalan Kebon Sirih and from intersection of Jalan KH Wahid Hasyim until intersection of Jalan Sutan Syahrir have six spots," said Jakarta Transportation Agency Head, Syafrin Liputo, Sunday (3/15).

Traffic Engineering Implemented on Jalan Jatinegara Timur Due to Project Work

During the work, there will be a narrowing of the lane with dimensions of 20x4 meters for the placement of the Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and 4x4 meters for the manhole.

"I call on people to avoid those roads and can find alternative roads that have been set, obey the traffic rules and officers' direction in the field," he stated.
