Jakarta Health Office prepared Duren Sawit Special Hospital (RSKD), East Jakarta, as the third referral hospital that will be used to treat COVID-19 patients under supervision (PDP).

Jakarta Health Office Head, Widyastuti mentioned, her side will increase the inpatient capacity in that hospital by providing around 500 - 1,000 beds for COVID-19 PDP.

"We want all PDP to be treated well and quick. By coincidence, Duren Sawit RSK has a centered new building," she conveyed, Monday (3/16).

Previously, she explained, her side had coordinated with central government regarding 5 referral hospitals for COVID-19 case in Jakarta. Those are RSPI Sulianti Saroso, RSUP Persahabatan, RSPAD Gatot Subroto,  RSUD Pasar Minggu, and RSUD Cengkareng.

"We have prepared it from now. We also coordinate with BUMN about hospital holding company's establishment. Later it will be used to treat patients who are positive of COVID-19," she stated.
