City Receives Assistance in Form of Face Masks and Gloves

Jakarta Provincial Government received assistance in form of 50 thousand face masks and 41,500 gloves from Relawan Borobudur led by Boy Sadikin.

Today, we submit 50 thousand face masks and 41,500 gloves to Jakarta Provincial Government

This assistance was handed over symbolically by the representative of Relawan Borobudur, Syafti Hidayat to Jakarta Deputy Governor for Population and Settlement Control Division, Suharti, at City Hall's Gazebo, Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan, on Monday (3/23).

"Today, we submit 50 thousand face masks and 41,500 gloves to Jakarta Provincial Government thus it can be used to help those in needs. Because right now, most people really need those items," he said.

His side expected this assistance can help local government in overcoming the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, especially in Jakarta.

"We hope Jakarta can recover fast," he expressed.

Jakarta Deputy Governor for Population and Settlement Control Division, Suharti conveyed her gratitude for the assistance given to Jakarta Government.

"Hopefully all of us have a good health thus we can continue working and helping Jakartans," she asserted.

She also expected supports from all sides to participate in providing more medical equipment in all health facilities in Jakarta.
