The Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPM and PTSP) Agency remains open urgent manual services for licensing and non-licensing.

Jakarta DPM and PTSP Head Benni Aguscandra said residents could enjoy it that is by sending the application file through a registered delivery service and drop boxes at all PTSP service points.

Further they must send proof of files submission in the form of photos or receipts of online delivery services via email communicationinformasi.dpmptsp@jakarta.go.id or direct message social media @layananjakarta.

"The delay in the application process is processed on non-licensing and licensing that require field observations and delays in the issuance of the Regional Retribution Decree (SKRD)," he explained.

He added the officers are not allowed to share information or consultations directly. Applicants only need to put the application file in the drop box.

"Protect yourself and those around you from the spread of COVID-19. If it isn't for urgency, cancel the application by not visiting the service point," he sated.
