Jakarta DPM and PTSP Head Benni Aguscandra said residents could enjoy it that is by sending the application file through a registered delivery service and drop boxes at all PTSP service points.

"The delay in the application process is processed on non-licensing and licensing that require field observations and delays in the issuance of the Regional Retribution Decree (SKRD)," he explained.

He added the officers are not allowed to share information or consultations directly. Applicants only need to put the application file in the drop box.

"Protect yourself and those around you from the spread of COVID-19. If it isn't for urgency, cancel the application by not visiting the service point," he sated.
