PM and PTSP Agency Commits to Improve EoDB

The Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PM and PTSP) Agency continues to conduct various efforts to implement ease of business and increase licensing and non-licensing services in the context of achieving the target's Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) in 2021.

Jakarta PM and PTSP Agency Head Benni Aguscandra said the Jakarta Provincial Government contributes 78 percent on two World Bank assessment indicators related to Indonesia's EoDB ranking, namely the Starting a Business and the Dealing with Construction Permits.
"Those two indicators are in the assessment of the EODB ranking in Indonesia against 190 countries in the world," he expressed, Thursday (4/2).

"The permit package can be processed online through jakevo.jakarta.go.id," he explained.
He added the GPA ratification is needed if the applicant does not use a planning template from the PM and PTSP Agency.
Applicants and planning consultants who have a Building Technical Actor Permit (IPTB) download the Declaration to build the building mentioned above, in accordance with the planning templates completed with a stamp duty of Rp 6000, then upload it again on the website jakevo.jakarta.go.id.
"To process IMB permit packages can be done in one day as applicable standard operating procedures. Meanwhile, the eligibility certificates for the building is only in three days. It can be applied to the sub-district PM and PTSP Management Unit," he stated.
